We Are Mark gracey GDPR

We were founded by Mark Gracey in 2017 (as the Digital Compliance Hub), who has specialised in data protection and related regulation in the digital space since the 1998 Data Protection Act. His expertise is backed up by a Computer Science Degree (so he can speak “techy”) and an LLM in Computer and Communications Law (so he speaks “legal” too).

Our main offering is a support service. We can offer ad-hoc, pay as you go support or you can sign up to our retainer based Helpline, offering unlimited email and phone support whenever you need it, up to 4 hours “hands-on” help, backed up with a library of resources including guidance, FAQs, policy templates, briefing packs and other tools. 

We also offer DPO support services as a helpline too. Or we can help you on an ad-hoc (pay as you go), basis with everything from reviews and training your team to specific advice and guidance.

Our GDPR UNLIMITED helpline is all about offering you help and support, whenever you need it most. As well as the unlimited helpline, you get up to 4 hours “hands-on” help each month, which we can configure to help you in anyway you need such as a GDPR review, or acting as your DPO.
