On 30th July I ran a free GDPR webinar looking at the GDPR implications if the UK is unable to strike a deal with the EU regarding UK-EU data flows.

During the webinar we covered:

  • The GDPR background to restricted transfers including implications of the Schrems II case
  • What Brexit means for GDPR
  • What it means in practice if there is a no-deal Brexit in terms of GDPR
